Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Vessel

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Summon the Carrier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Await the Transformation

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
